Are you having trouble getting started in photography? Do you want to learn how to control your camera rather than have it control you? Do you know what an aperture is?
This three hour workshop will get you started in understanding the essentials of creative digital photography and is a great follow-up to the Camera Orientation Seminar. In this seminar you'll learn about;
- shooting in RAW or Jpg. What is RAW anyway?
- the relationship between aperture and shutter speed;
- how to decide which is most important and how that will affect your photograph.
- ISO, the third factor in getting a great exposure;
- the importance of correct focus and when not to focus on your subject;
- how to use a Histogram, and much more!
This seminar is geared towards the beginner and applies to both digital SLR's as well as Point & Shoot cameras, as long as you can use your camera in Manual Mode.
Please bring your camera manual for reference.
